Shipping

When you place an order with Kokopatik, our goal is to deliver your items as quickly and smoothly as possible. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak periods such as promotions or holidays, shipping times may vary slightly. If there is any unexpected delay, we will do our best to notify you.

Shipping Method (United States Only)

We currently offer one shipping option within the United States:

Standard Shipping (USPS or equivalent carrier)

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days from shipment date

  • FREE shipping on orders over $50 (after discounts)

  • $4.99 shipping fee for orders over $40 under $50

  • $9.99 shipping fee for orders under $50

At this time, we ship only within the United States. We plan to offer international shipping in the future.


Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Kokopatik is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an address appears to be incomplete or incorrect, we may contact you for clarification. Orders may be held until we receive a response.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we begin processing it promptly to ensure fast delivery. For this reason, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order is submitted.

If you notice an error in your order confirmation, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist if the order has not yet been processed.


Missing or Lost Packages

In some cases, a shipping carrier may mark a package as “delivered” even though it has not yet been received. Kokopatik is not responsible for packages once they are in the possession of the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

  • Checking around your delivery location

  • Asking neighbors or building management

  • Contacting the shipping carrier to open an investigation

Packages confirmed as lost by the carrier may be replaced after 15 days without tracking updates, following the carrier’s investigation. Refunds are not issued for lost packages, but eligible orders may be replaced at no additional cost.


Free Returns

We gladly accept returns of new, unused items purchased directly from kokopatik.us.

Returns are FREE.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label through our returns center.


Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipment date.

  • Returns requested after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.


Return Eligibility

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • Free of stains, wear, dirt, or damage

Items returned in worn, washed, dirty, or damaged condition will be rejected and are not eligible for a refund or store credit. In such cases, the item may be shipped back to you for a $4.95 return shipping fee.


Final Sale Items

Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.


Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • If the return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

  • If the return is rejected, our customer service team will contact you with the reason.


Exchanges

We offer one free exchange for a different size of the same item, subject to availability.

To request an exchange, please initiate a return through our returns portal and select the exchange option when prompted.
Final sale items are not eligible for exchanges.


Gift Returns

Gift items purchased from kokopatik.us may be returned for store credit.

  • Store credit will equal the original amount paid, including any discounts applied.

  • A valid order number is required and can be found on the packing slip.

Gift returns cannot be processed through the returns portal. Please contact customer service for assistance.
